Crew Boards

The below information explains how to setup your crew boards and what boards pertain to each location. At the bottom of the page, there are a couple of pictures showing how to set up Crew Boards on MyUP.

Zone 200

• • Cheyenne Yard:

    • The Cheyenne Yard has two boards both listed DP05 and XS05. 

      • To view the daily mark go to CMTS-> Crew-> Daily Mark-> Daily Mark Menu -> Insert wx510 DP05, date and option 5 “Completed daily mark report”-> online print. This will show who is scheduled to work each job. Double Check the date to ensure you are looking at the completed mark for the day you want to look at.

    • On Duty location is the switch shack; in the middle of the yard, just west of the old Yardmaster Tower.

    • The on duty location is in downtown Cheyenne on 15th street under the west (southbound) bridge.

To set up crew board profiles for future use:

On MyUP, scroll down to the "Crew Boards" section. Select the "Advanced" option, then the pencil (highlighted in yellow in below image)

After clicking on the pencil boxes will appear as shown in the image below. Enter the above circ-7 and crew boards to save them as a profile for future use.
