If set-back engineer was forced to work as an Engineer and you would/should have been assigned to their vacant position, but was not due to cut back Engineer not being assigned to an Engineer position (e.g. Set back Engineer was forced to work off their current Conductor assignment as an Engineer but was not picked up as an Engineer and you were the senior applicant to their current Conductor assignment):

Your claims:
When set back Engineer is forced to work as an Engineer and you were not added to the Engineers extra board.
Claim is for a seven basic days for CMS Mishandling/seniority restriction.
Documentation:
A copy of the applicable engineer seniority roster showing your ranking.
A copy of the board snapshot in seniority order.
A copy of your JOB HISTORY showing what you were actually working on the date the Claim is being made
If claiming difference in earnings, must include a copy of your e-payroll recap with notes demonstrating the amount actually made for the date range being claimed vs. what you would have made as an engineer had you been properly picked up.
Claiming a basic day penalty account CMS Mishandling in restriction of my seniority. On (date) at (time) hrs. I was forced to work as an Engineer when holding a position as trainman. I am currently working as a trainman and was on the (Circ 7) (Board). Claim 130 mile basic day at engineer rate of pay for seven days as per Engineers Guaranteed Extra Board Agreement as I should have been added to the GEB and not reduced therefrom for a period of seven days..
* Can also claim difference in engineer rate of pay for the date range if it would have been higher.
