There are two claims associated with waiting for transportation on the Long Pool. Read the descriptions below and determine which one best fits your situation. If both of them apply (e.g. a train passes without stopping but then a van arrives 80 minutes after you stop, submit both claims using the claim language below.

YOUR CLAIM:
When called on the RT56 and expire on hours of service between Black Buttes and Green River and you have to wait more than 60 minutes for transportation.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
A copy of your timeslip showing Shift Timeline
Make sure you add a line for wait time after you stop or expire on hours of service.
REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:
“Claiming a minute basis penalty for waiting for transportation while on duty in Interdivisional Service: Cheyenne/Green River in accordance with Section 14(b) of Arbitration Board No. 525, Award No. 1. I was called on duty for the _________ (train) at ____ hrs on __/__/__. At ____ hrs, Dispatcher ____ instructed us to (secure our train/ wait for the relief crew) at MP____. At ____ hrs, we notified the dispatcher we were (secured/stopped). At _____ hrs, our transportation arrived, after ____ minutes of waiting. Claiming wait time penalty of _____ minutes, for waiting for transportation within the confines of the 13th district per Section 14(b) of Arbitration Board No. 525, Award No. 1.”
