YOUR CLAIM:

• When called as a Utility Employee and ordered to perform work while not attached to any road or yard crews.

• ANY accompanying documentation for the work performed

Required Claim Language:

Claiming a basic day on account was called off the (CIRC -7 and BOARD) for the (UTILTIY JOB ID) on (DATE). At (HOURS) I was instructed by (MANAGER NAME) to (DESCRIBE WORK PERFORMED AND BE SPECIFIC) while not attached to any road or yard crews. This is in direct violation of the 2023 Train Service Productivity & Utilization Agreement which specifically states that a Utility Trainman will assist Road or Yard assignments and may not work independently if the work is related to the switching, preparation of, or movement of trains in current operations.
