Improperly Called Deadhead and Train

Claim under "claim not found" on nonservice time claim page.

The Claim:

• When deadhead(s) and a train are called at the EXACT SAME time and the first out conductor is called for a deadhead. 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:

• Print out of train lineup showing call times including train symbol to ride, if applicable. 

• Call sheet

REQUIRED CLAIM LANGUAGE:

Claiming a basic day account not being called in accordance with Item 41(c).  I was called off the __circ-7__  __board__ for the __train symbol__ at _____ hours on __/__/__ with an on duty time of _____ hrs. Conductor ___________ was called at _____ hours to on the __(symbol)___. Per Item 41(c), on the 5th-6th Seniority District, the train should be called first and deadhead called second.
