Your claim:

• When you have called and released at AFHT and sent back to the hotel

• You are due the greater of the call and release (half basic day) or held away pay from the first tie-up.

  1. 1. 1. • Claim continuous held-away from when HAHT started following the first tie-up until on duty time that results in departure.

Example:

• 1. 1. 1. • 1. • Arrived at far terminal at 0555 and tied up at 0600 on 3/1

                • Called on duty at 2130 but released after on duty time. 

                • Tied up at 2200 on 3/1

                • Called on duty at 1030 and departed at 1100 on 3/2

                • Claim continuous held away from 2200 on 3/1 to 1030 on 3/2 for 12:30 total HAHT

• Timeslips showing trip to AFHT

• Timeslip when called and released

• Timeslip with departure from AFHT

Claiming continuous held away pay for being called and released at away from home terminal. Called on duty for the _______ __ at __:__ hours on __/__/__ and was released at __:__ hours on __:__.  I was then called on the _______ __ at __:__ on __/__/__ and departed at __:__ hours. Claiming continuous HAHT pay from __:__ hours on __/__/__ until __:__ on __/__/__ per Road Schedule Rule 74.
